Terchovská koliba Diery, as a direct part of hotel Diery is a famous and distinctive traditional Slovak restaurant. This authentic Terchová koliba (traditional tavern) is located on the ground floor of the hotel and you can enter it through the terrace as well as through the hotel reception. The interior and exterior of the koliba are decorated with a large fireplace, which adds great warmth and authentic atmosphere.

A genuine home kitchen is based on selected fresh ingredients mostly from local producers. The chefs from the old Terchov families are a guarantee of preparing according to honest old recipes and a gastronomic experience for everyone who appreciates the real Slovak cuisine.

It has become a tradition for us that in our restaurant, we regularly offer tasting dinners for our guests accompanied by the best Terchová music. For over ten years, here at the entrance to Jánošíkove diery gorges, we have been offering a five-course tasting dinner called "Terchovský večer s Ťažkou muzikou".
