Food and Drink Menu
The menu is based on traditional Slovak soups. We serve broth, sauerkraut soup, bean soup, and bryndza sheep cheese soup daily. We also add pea cream seasonally. The main courses are divided into traditional Slovak dishes, vegetarian dishes, and distinctly meat-based meals. You can choose from a variety of classic and also specifically Terchová-style side dishes. Our homemade desserts are dominated by hand-prepared pirohy (dumplings) and šúľance (rolled dough dumplings), which we prepare in various variations according to customers' wishes and preferences. In addition to standard alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, we tap beer from two mountain craft breweries – Vŕšky Terchová and Predná Hora from the Muráň Plateau.
